Designed by Wayward and delivered in partnership with Energy Garden, Cultivate Colindale is a place to gather, grow, learn and make things together. Transforming a 4,000 m2 meanwhile space, the site brings together gardens, creative spaces and hands-on activities shaped around reuse, renewable energy and shared skills.

At its heart is the Wayward Plants Reuse Centre, where plants, trees and landscape materials rescued from across London are given a second life and redistributed to community gardens across the city.

With allotments, food growing, composting, workshops, volunteering days and cultural events, Cultivate Colindale is a living demonstration of how communities can come together to care for resources, support one another and imagine new possibilities for urban land.

Cultivate Colindale is an ambitious new green space hub for community, culture and the circular economy.
